Staging enables you to create a fantastic first impression and allows buyers to emotionally connect. Red Chair stocks a large range of modern furniture as well as artwork, lamps, rugs, cushions, flowers and all the other accessories required to create a highly desirable “show home” look added to the very important comfortable lived in look for older homes.

Full or part staging and vacant property staging includes a complimentary seven day period for photography purposes. There is no absolute fixed four week contract period. The agreement is charged on a 28 day period, however collection of items can be arranged prior to the end of the 28 days and extensions beyond the 28 days will incur a reduced fee by arrangement.

Standard package includes:

Onsite consult, furniture and accessories, linen, books, magazines, pot plants, small canvas artwork and may include outdoor furniture.

Freight, assembly, removal and insurance if the property is secured.
